With our growth and success, we are now seeking Member Services Travel Advisors to join our team.

Position Description
The MTA provides end-to-end travel planning and concierge services for sophisticated high-end, luxury clientele. The MTA will have direct and regular contact with assigned Club Members, who have high expectation to anticipate their needs and deliver the highest levels of service. This will be achieved by building relationships with the Member, coordinating efforts with the Club Relationship Manager and getting to know what specific Members like and dislike, while also understanding the requirements of their friends and family.

Requirements
The individual must function in a multi-tasking environment able to talk, analyze, problem solve, navigate computer screen and deliver product/service information while effectively communicating with members. Must be computer literate and proficient, friendly, gracious, informative and provide anticipatory service while achieving desired financial performance. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, self-directed professional who can consistently achieve high levels of productivity with minimal supervision.

The successful candidate will possess exceptional Member interfacing skills with proven relationship building ability (high touch customer service) in a hospitality position. Personal knowledge and interest in travel are preferred. Personal travel a plus.

Years of Experience
1-2 years of experience in hospitality or hotel services, including front desk, guest relations, concierge, and/or reservation agent preferred. 1-2 years luxury VIP customer service preferred.
