Marketing Sales Analysis Manager

GENERAL JOB FUNCTIONThis position will be responsible for the development of contact center marketing offers to sell to external clients. Market development offers will focus on customer retention, campaign analysis, and market segmentation strategies. Provide leadership to PCF's Business Operations Analysis group.  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES •         Develop a portfolio of marketing offers for new and existing clients. •         Integrate innovative marketing concepts to differentiate PCF’ contact center marketing offers as best in class. •         Develop and grow new revenue streams through the creation of new market intelligence strategies.•         Provide leadership and develop a diverse group, oversee and maintain proactive employee retention and career development. •         Consistently meet all internal and external client requests while anticipating current and future client needs. •         Consistently evaluate and develop quality measurements and performance metrics. •         Involvement in strategic and tactical planning of marketing campaigns and forecasting. •         Work in conjunction with IS staff to develop information/reporting systems to support sales and senior management staff. •         Play a significant role in the integration and evolution of a Customer Relationship Management Solution. •         Facilitate client(s) initiatives and provide consultative services and loss, results or findings  QUALIFICATIONS •         Established record of success in creating and delivering new product/service offers to the market.•         Innovative and creative problem solving skills. •         Experience in implementing CRM approach to support business growth. •         Expertise in developing strong value added relationships with clients. •         Strong research methodology and statistical analysis background with SAS or SPSS proficiency. •         High Proficiency in Microsoft Access, Excel (Macros, Pivot Tables, formulas) Word and PowerPoint.•         Ability to extract data from DB2, Paradox v9, SQL 2000/2005 and present data in a illustrative fashion..•         Visual Basic scripting.•         Excellent analytical, mathematical and verbal/written communication skills. •         Proven ability to create Greenfield product/service market offers. •         Ability to anticipate opportunities, identify problems and define solutions. •         Analyze data and draw valid conclusions. •         Ability to effectively present information to various levels of internal and external customers. •         Ability to manage multiple, concurrent tasks. •         Ability to collaborate with systems and programming personnel. •         Ability to work autonomously.  EDUCATION Bachelor’s’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.   EXPERIENCE 3-5 years experience managing a staff, with proven success in building cohesive teams.Advanced knowledge of database and spreadsheet programs. Knowledge of customer service and telemarketing principles and techniques.Excellent time management and analytical skills.
