Marketing Productions Coordinator

Marketing Productions Coordinator - Carnival Cruise Lines, one of South Florida's top organizations and a member of the S&P 500, is currently seeking a Marketing Productions Coordinator in our Marketing Communications department, based out of our Miami, Florida, headquarters.

 

Position requires a minimum of three year’s recent experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.  The successful candidate must have English verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a multi-tasked, fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.  Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft suite and Mapper; also must be flexible to travel. 

 

Responsibilities include:

 

Video and Photo Shoot CoordinatorCoordinate all travel for crew, talent, etc. – including air, land and seaUpdate and distribute memos to the ship and appropriate teamAdministrative support for pre/post productionsEscort selected shoot scouts Escort secondary film/photo shoots – travel requiredCoordinate shoots for 360 degree virtual web tours 

Digital Asset – Video, Photo and VRXAdministrator to digital asset management toolContent maintenance of digital asset management toolPhoto – key word maintenance and image uploadsMaintaining Metadata information/stock photography usage rightsHandle request and processing for Generic video footageContent Maintenance of VRX images on webProvide visual and video content for our Interactive onboard TV system



Video Production CoordinatorAssist in review of rough/final cutsHandle video duplication needs with Video ServicesReview and evaluate film shoot requestsAssist on voiceover auditions, scheduling of recordings and review rough/final cuts
