We’re looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Marketing Manager in the Voorhees, NJ location.  In this role, the candidate will:

 

· Play a major role in the design and implementation of Customer Relationship Management

· Develop and implement marketing plans across all lines of business

· Generate brand awareness and support business strategy and objectives

· Manage the Member Retention Program

· Plan and facilitate promotional events generating awareness and leads

· Support new product/service development initiatives

· Manage web-marketing / e-marketing campaigns and activities  

· Supervise a small sales team

 

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience in a marketing role, proven leadership ability, creativity, excellent written and oral communication skills, the ability to speak in public, and PC proficiency.  A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field is required.  Must have a valid driver’s license.
