Manager of Online Marketing Analytics

 My client, a prominent leader in the travel industry is seeking a Manager of Online Marketing Analytic & Reporting.The successful candidate must have excellent analytical, quantitative, and critical thinking skills as well as be a part of the team and work across all levels of an organization. The ideal candidate must have working knowledge with reporting tools such as Brio, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.  This key role also requires expert knowledge in web analytics solution such as: Web trends or Omniture.  Responsibilities: Conducts performance analysis of online properties, initiatives and campaigns and translates data into meaningful insights for the Directors of Direct Marketing and Online Marketing.  Reporting and analysis on: all aspects of integrated online campaigns email marketing, online user behavior, online media strategies. Also, performs direct response channel performance analysis (lead generation, email and direct mail); and optimizes online behavioral targeting tool. Capitalize on visitor database and website analytics such as user’s profile, user’s behavior, online booking patterns, competitive website performance and email segmentation, resulting in the ability to better forecast behavioral targeting and design process improvements. Perform analyses and report learnings on online integrated campaigns:  including email, websites,  landing pages, search and online media. Analysis of websites performance. Performs direct response cross channel performance, trends  and ROI analysis including email marketing, direct mail and lead generation. Analyze web behavior and online bookings including in-depth online booking processes. Oversee historical email campaign performance. Make recommendations based on trends.
