Collette Vacations is seeking a talented individual for our IT Support Desk Team out of our Corporate Headquarters located in Pawtucket, RI.

Primary Duties Include: Receive and resolve hardware and software support communications (telephone calls, voicemail and e-mail) directly from end users. Provide application troubleshooting and training to end-users. Track all hardware and software inventory issued to employees. Log all received calls, e-mails and voicemails as required. Provide excellent customer service! Provide scheduled after-hours on-call support to users.

Secondary Duties Include: Installation and configuration of computer hardware/software. Train staff on hardware, software and network use. Participate in special projects as appropriate. Maintain good working relationships with users, department managers, vendors and other IT professionals to continuously improve the ability of the Support Desk to meet its mission.Required Skills

1-2 years of previous Support Desk experience is required.
Great communications skills are a mustRequired Experience

Windows XP Workstation in a networked environment.
Office 2007.
Hardware/Software troubleshooting.
Networking experience.
Windows 2003/2008 Active Directory user administration tools.
Excellent written and verbal skills.
