Our Eastern Region Division currently has challenging Marine opportunities for ambitious self-starters to work in a Marine Command Center start-up on-site at a client in Edison, NJ

 

Responsible for managing the efficient flow of cargo and information on behalf of the client, you will proactively manage supply chain activities to avoid operational issues, provide timely resolution to issues that may occur, monitor and analyze contract Key Performance Indicators, ensure compliance with SOPs, and continually evaluate and review operations to identify cost efficiencies and to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction. You’ll also manage IT system and other communications between LMS and the client in a large scale marine operation.

 

To qualify, you have a Bachelor’s degree or currently enrolled in college, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point & Access), knowledge of SAP and the ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize duties under pressure. At least 1-3 years of experience in client account management (or similar background in the transportation or logistics industry) is preferred. A strong commitment to customer satisfaction is essential.
