Distribution Analyst (Z2)

**Resume MUST accompany a salary requirement based on prior earnings, corresponding with 2-5 years' experience.***Candididates MUST possess an advanced level of Excel AND a demonstrated analytical abilities.Job SummaryThis position concentrates on producing distribution operational performance reports and analyzing data to determine strengths and areas needing improvement in field operations. This position will also contribute to the daily and weekly distribution of reports for the department. Essential Functions & Responsibilities§         Run DB2 queries and import data for reports§         Create and maintain distribution operational performance reports for field and management§         Maintain and distribute National Field Listings§         Distribute reporting as needed to field staff, management and other clients§         Develop and analyze ad-hoc performance related reports as needed by senior management§         Participate in the evolution of our distribution data warehouse§         Develop internet and intranet reporting capabilities§         Assist with administrative tasks such as report compilation, copying, faxing, etc.  Other Functions  Perform other duties as required  Essential QualificationsCompetenciesConsult the Talent Team for a detailed competency profiling. Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesTechnical and Functional §         Possess ability to translate data into meaningful and accurate reporting for management or clients.§         Intermediate knowledge of computer to include proficiency in Excel, Relational Data Bases, and DB2§         Ability to interpret performance data and recognize significance in order to improve field operations§         Possess strong analytical aptitude §         Ability to prioritize tasks§         Excellent verbal and written communication skills§         Strong organizational skill §         Must possess demonstrated analytical aptitude and business acumen to utilize data to improve operations  Required Physical Abilities§         Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, reach, bend and move around the facility  Required Mental Abilities §         Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed instructions and to deal with problems involving a few variables§         Ability to perform basic math skills, use decimals to complete ratios and percents Working Environment Experience, Education and Certifications Required Experience RequiredRequires a minimum of [   ] 0   [   ] 1-2   [ X ] 2-4   [   ] 5-6 [  ] 7-10   [   ] 10 or moreyears related work experience§         2 years experience with EXCEL and MS Office, Windows NT
