Movers Specialty Service, Inc., the leading provider of third party specialty moving and relocation services, has an immediate opening for a Dispatcher Assistant to provide clerical and administrative support to our National Dispatch Department in our Montgomeryville, PA based corporate headquarters. 

This position serves as support and back up for Dispatchers as required.  Duties include researching job orders, communicating with subcontractors as needed, interacting and supporting other departments to meet customer needs.  Inputs data into customized computer program and generates reports as needed.  Attention to detail and basic math skills are necessary.  Strong organization, data entry and follow up skills are required.  Great entry level opportunity to become part of our team.We generally promote from within, and this position is a great opportunity to learn our unique business.
