● Job Summary-

 

Delivery Supervisor reports directly to Regional Manager and is responsible for providing support for all home delivery services for the designated market area. Position involves giving direction, and supervising operations and scheduling for contracted drivers. Must have flexible work schedule, and be available weekends.

 

● Job Duties-

 

- Supervise day to day operations of contracted drivers, which includes but is not limited to: scheduling, dispatching, and liaison between contracted drivers, customers and 3PD.

- Resolve any issues and opportunities as they arise.

- Motivate contracted drivers.

- Adhere and enforce all operational procedures and policies.

- Other job duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications/Requirements-

 

- High School diploma or GED.

- Prior Supervisory experience.

- Computer proficiency.

- Excellent communication skills, written, and verbal.

- Leadership ability.

- Strong interpersonal skills.

- Must have the ability to prioritize work load and manage time.

- Must have flexible work schedule, and be available weekends.
