Data Entry Specialist (Part Time) for rapidly growing logistics company
Description:
The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for processing freight bills for specified freight carriers, with the goal of meeting and exceeding customer expectations while obtaining key factor goals. The ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment is critical. Execution of duties will require a self-motivated, team-oriented individual that is customer service focused with a background in logistics, accounts payable or freight payment processes.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain positive customer relationships.Communicate effectively with customers, partner vendors and team members.Responsible for accurate data capture and system entry.Support team members to ensure superior customer serviceAssist with the development and testing of new product offerings.Project work as required.Work closely with team members to meet or exceed all customer service requirements.
Skills Required:
Excellent interpersonal communication with the ability to adapt to and work within a team environment. Superior attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Ability to prioritize work in a multi-tasked, fast-paced environment.Proficient typing and PC skills required.
Shift is either 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. or 10 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
