Customer Service Representative, Inbound
We are currently seeking several experienced Customer Service Representatives to work in our Warrenville, IL Contact Center. Full time Monday thru Friday positions and part time 8:30 am to 12:30 pm or 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm Monday thru Friday positions are available. Using your strong knowledge of inbound contact center procedures, customer service, and computer systems along with your ability to build/maintain positive working relationships, you will respond to customer requests, issues, and inquires; provide input/recommendations for customer service enhancements; and promote/market/sell new products and services to customers.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Handling customer service calls with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalismResponding to customer requests in a timely mannerEstablishing and updating customer account information in computer systemGathering and analyzing information to provide input/recommendations for customer service enhancementsEstablishing and maintaining positive, effective working relationships with customers and co-workersPromoting, marketing, and selling new products and services to our customersConsistently providing excellent customer service to our customers
Position Requirements:High school diploma or equivalentThree or more years of inbound customer service experience within a high volume service oriented contact center Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service consistentlyExcellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skillsExcellent comprehension, analytical, and problem solving skillsDemonstrated ability to promote company and new/enhanced services to customersWorking knowledge of database management systems, Oracle preferredProficient in Word, Excel, and OutlookFluent in English/Spanish and/or English/French a plusExperience working in ground transportation industry preferredPrevious experience working in a contact center/call center is a must
