Customer Service Representative

Job Purpose:

Serves customers by providing the best tracking and tracing information; resolving all service problems.

Duties:

* Billing, scanning and filing paperwork when drivers finish their routes.

* Enter pick up calls into Disptach screen.

* Resolves customers problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

* Assist headquaters with account receivables tied to Seattle Terminal.

* Recommends potential services to management/sales team by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.

* Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.

* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
