Overview:
- Administer collection policies, procedures and activities which support corporate objectives.
- Supervises non-exempt staff
- Develop analytical and reporting tools
- Analyze and narrate reports on collection and credit status

Responsibilities/Relationships:
- Coordinates the collection of monthly financial results and the preparation of reports to management
- Accumulates and summarizes requested data in to a meaningful format
- Maintains the integrity of financial reporting by ensuring that the standardized financial format is followed
- Prepares monthly and special reports; review results, and highlights areas of importance in narratives
- Summarizes payment status for review by accounting and management as appropriate
- Counsels management team on appropriate credit risks
- Initiates collection process on a timely basis; works with accounts to expedite payments
- Assists in Negotiating payment plans with accounts as necessary/ monitor status of payments and follows-up to ensure compliance with plan
- Assists with default process/ procedures
- Analyze, identify and recommend ways to reduce inefficiencies


Position Requirements:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree, Accounting or Finance
- CPA preferred
- 4 years
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office (excel, Word, Access)
- Knowledge of Oracle a plus
