Collections Specialist
New Century Transportation, Inc., a leading provider of regional and national Truckload and Load-to-Deliver LTL services is offering the opportunity to join one of South Jersey’s fastest growing companies.
WORK HOURS:8:00am to 5:00pm Monday - Friday
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Contact Customers on past due invoices, complete account reconciliations, resolve disputed invoice issues, collect/reconcile balance due invoices, and recommend accounts for credit hold, collections or outside referral.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Minimum 3 years collections experience.
Strong customer service skills.
General business knowledge is required.
Transportation knowledge a plus.
