Automotive Technician - Call 562/809-1419Description: Do you have a passion for automobiles? Volt has an excellent opportunity as an Automotive Technician. The chosen candidate will support current NSG staff due to the on going high level of technical support requested by Engineering, Vehicle Services and Product Development. In addition, you'll be asked to perform routine maintenance, repair of fleet vehicles and the diagnosis and repair of special test vehicles (monitor fleet), as well as, change oil and rotate tires (7,500 mile service), diagnose and repair 'Check Engine Light' related concerns, diagnose, repair or replace engines or transaxles, as necessary. Support special request from Vehicle Services; jump start cars, cut replacement keys, clean shop area equipment, order replacement parts and maintain parts inventory. Due to the immediate nature of the position, applicants must currently reside in the local areas.
