The Northern California Region of Ampco System Parking has an opening for an AUDITING CLERK to be responsible of all cash activity, reconciling deposits and MS environment at San Jose International Airport.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Efficiency in handling currency and working with numbers

· Audit cashier banks and reports

· Set up and break down of cash banks

· Reconcile cashier banks and bank deposits

· Create daily currency/credit card records both manual and computer spreadsheets

· Prepare summary exception reports for the City of S.J. Finance department

· Report any discrepancies directly to the General Manager

· Highly resourceful, motivated and able to work independently and handle multiple tasks

· Strong attention to detail and deadlines

 

REQUIREMENTS

· High School Diploma, College courses or Certification in accounting or Bookkeeping preferred

· Previous experience with cash management or cashiering

· Ability to use 10 key by touch

· Good organizational skills

· Ability to work as a team player

· Able to work weekends
