Accounts Payable Specialist Needed!

Full service transportation company that's been in business for over 20 years, needs to add an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to their busy Accounting team.  The department processes up to 30,000 invoices per month using a proprietary software that they will train on.  Candidates must have fast and accurate data entry (minimum of 8000 keystrokes per hour/alpha/numeric) and at least 2 years of experience in a high volume AP environment.   Only those with 2 jobs or less in the past 5 years will be considered.  Job stability is important to this company.  Must be a team player to fit into the 7 person accounting team.  This is an open position that will go permanent for the right individual.  The work week will consist of 9 hour work days with an hour of break/lunch.  Business dress code with business casual on Friday.   Professionalism and punctuality is very important to the client.  This is a very structured environment that might not be for everyone.  However there are nearly 300 people that are happily employed at this thriving company, with very low turnover.  My client offers a full benefit package that includes paid time off, medical, dental, 401k with match, etc.   Most benefits are available after 60 days from being hired!
