ACCOUNTS PAYABLE COORDINATOR

Scully Transportation Services, Inc. is a well-respected company in the transportation industry for over 25 years providing unique solutions to meet our customers’ logistic needs. With locations all over the Western Region of the U.S., we provide services to a large customer base including full service leasing, rental, and dedicated contract carriage. We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our team at our Corporate Office in Fontana, CA. 

 

Qualifications:

Applicant must be highly motivated, goal oriented, and professional.  Additionally, the applicant should have excellent data entry skills and knowledge of accounts payable.

 

Other Requirements:Relevant work experience - minimum of three yearsComputer skills – Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook.  Knowledge of Innovative or Enrich is a plus.Excellent data entry skillsStrong organizational skillsEffective communication skills

Duties and Responsibilities:Process A/P within a two-day turnaround.  This includes reviewing the invoices for completeness and accuracy, matching the invoices to issued purchase orders, and entering the invoices into the system.Ensure that all invoices are coded properly, approved, and include applicable sales tax.Assist with debt note payment entries, as needed.Perform general office work such as filing, preparing checks for mailing, refilling postage meter, etc.Any other duties as required - In addition to the duties listed above, the Controller and CFO may assign temporary assignments.  Daily assignments may be amended based on the needs of the business.
