Southeastern Freight Linesis now hiring a3rd Shift Computer Operator for our Corporate Office in Columbia, SC We Offer:§ Superior pay and benefits§ 401k with matching§ Opportunity for Advancement§ Paid vacation and holidays Responsibilities:§ Log and Track calls and maintain history records and related problem documentation.§ Interview users to collect appropriate information to resolve user problems.§ Recognize, research, resolve, & follow up most user inquiries.§ Provide basic instruction for user request.§ Coordinate interfaces and interactions with vendors, customer/clients, users and MIS staff to resolve user problems.§ Monitor, back up and perform routine operational tasks to the data center systems.§ Administrative duties as assigned.
