Customer Service/Compliance Associate Cleveland Ohio Metro Area

A growing National Logistics provider is looking to hire an accomplished Customer Service Representative. Experience in data entry and various PC based software programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Power Point and WMS systems

Responsibility includes receiving customer releases, entering and receiving Inventory, setting up pick tickets, cutting computer driven B.O.Lâ€™s and must be able to keep detailed inventory within a WMS system.

Experience with Transportation D.O.T Compliance, New Hire Applications and Driver D.O.T log rules desirable. Candidates must have strong math skills and be detailed oriented.

Benefits available include medical, dental, eye glass and a strong 401K program. This is an hourly position with a pay scale up to $15.00 per hour. Pay will commensurate with experience and qualifications.
