Domino’s Pizza Supply Chain Centers, a company known for excellence and successfully meeting customer expectations, is seeking a Warehouse Shift Leader for the Missouri location. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of warehouse/manufacturing experience, knowledge of inventory control procedures, proficient in Microsoft computer applications, and at least 1 year of shift lead experience. This is a hands-on lead position.  This position will load stacks of plastic trays of fresh pizza dough along with cases of meats, sauce, cheese and other supplies necessary to operate a Domino’s Pizza store onto 48’ tractor trailers.   The Shift Leader will work Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday with a variable start time between 3pm and 5pm and a variable finish time between midnight and 2am.  Holidays are required, but are paid at a premium. The qualified candidate must be able to work in varying temperatures, from 10 degrees in the freezer to a possible 100 degrees in the warehouse.  This is a physical position which requires constant stooping, bending and reaching above head, repetitive lifting (some items weigh 50 pounds), and continuous standing. Personal protective equipment such as bump caps, hair nets, safety glasses/goggles, earplugs, steel toed shoes are required to be worn.   Shift Leader Compensation starts at $13.00 per hour. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package including full medical, dental, and vision, 401k, stock purchase options, and bonus program and an exceptional opportunity for professional growth and development.
