Warehouse Manager

We are a rapidly growing 3PL company providing warehousing, transportation and delivery of product for our customers.  We are currently seeking a Warehouse Manager.

We are looking for an experienced, hard working, hands-on leader that can manage multiple activities and exceed customer expectations.  This person must be a team player.

The Position:

The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for day to day operations of a fast paced transportation and delivery warehouse.

Specific Responsibilities:

1.  Directs all transportation and warehouse delivery operations.

2.  Responsible for the attainment of short and long-term operational goals.

3.  Ensures all customer product is delivered on-time.

4.  Provides for the security of the facility and customer freight.

5.  Use extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish Company goals.

6.  Must be able to multi-task, lead and direct the work of others, and must be creative and self-motivated.

7.  Motivate the organization and instill a culture of teamwork through example.

8.  Must make customer service a number one priority.

The Individual:

1.  Well regarded professional with at least 5 years operational management experience in our field.

2.  A team player and hands-on leader.

3.  A track record of success in operation positions.

Education:

1.  Undergraduate degree is preferred.  However, experience, motivation and driver are important factors.
