Krasdale Foods, Inc., a leading wholesale food distributor serving the Northeast region, is seeking a Transportation/Logistics Assistant to work at the company's corporate headquarters located in White Plains, New York. This individual will be assisting with the company's inbound freight operations and will interface with corporate buyers, warehouse and transportation personnel, and external shipping vendors through busy call volume. The successful candidate will have some familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, be very detail oriented and organized, and exhibit general geographical competency for the New York region. One to three years working in a transportation and/or purchasing environment is required. Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus.
