TERMINAL SUPERVISOR / REGIONAL DISPATCHER Keystone Freight Corporation, a established, national trucking company, has an excellent career opportunity available for a detail-oriented Terminal Supervisor / Regional Dispatcher in Columbus, OH. The job entails coordinating daily operational activities, maintaining the integrity of the facility, and interviewing and hiring new drivers.  The successful candidate will also work closely with our Central Dispatch Team in administering over-the-road pick-up and delivery fleet. You will be responsible for customer satisfaction by ensuring that freight is picked up and delivered in a timely manner. Working within a computerized dispatch system, you will coordinate the outbound delivery paperwork, monitor and update the current dispatch information, and answer phone calls.
 Knowledge of DOTregulations, as well as a working knowledge of maintenance and driver motivation are necessary. Having the skill set to think outside the box and react quickly and rationally to situations are essential for the success of the company as well as your position. Requirements


The following requirements are needed:Must be computer literate (Word, Excel, and Outlook). 2 to 5 years recent dispatching and supervisory experience in large trucking. Hiring and driver retention experience. Ability to work alone. Strong communication skills . Strong follow-up skills. Must be punctual and dependable. Knowledge of AS 400 a big plus but not required. Ability to work well with others. Ability to motivate drivers in a professional manner and discipline when necessary. Administration / knowledge of log books and DOT regulations.
