Responsibilities: Focus on supervising all dispatch personnel, ensuring DOT and Safety Department regulatory compliance of all dispatch functions, and counseling/mentoring employees. Other challenges require you to maintain an accurate inventory equipment and determine both its best application and possible adjustment of equipment levels consistent with freight levels.
