Aside from the above, this position will manage workflow and work assignments, interact directly with customers to fulfill their needs and resolve issues and manage workflow. REQUIREMENTS: High School diploma or general equivalency diploma required Minimum of 7 (seven) years technical work experience required. Minimum of 5 (five) years industry related supervisory work experience required. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: - Candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and the ability to act independently. - Knowledge of P and L preferred - Candidate must possess proven managerial skills, knowledge of execution of performance management process, and basic understanding of business finance. RESPONSIBILITIES: Specifically the Shop Supervisor will be held accountable for the following: Manage running costs and maintenance overheads Ensuring and maintaining customer satisfaction Ensuring that maintenance standards are met at all times Monitor revenue retention and growth Ensure a safe and productive operation through proper implementation and administration of company policies and procedures.
