Shipping Manager

Licensed Products, a dynamic and fast growing manufacturing, marketing and distribution company of licensed souvenir, playable, novelty and promotional related sporting goods is looking to fill openings for both a Shipping Manager and Production Support at our Neosho, MO facility. Shipping Manager: We are seeking an extremely organized, dependable person who has 4-7 years related management experience with an Associates Degree from a 2-year college or technical school. Must have the ability to work in a time sensitive pick and pack environment that is production driven and focused on timely and accurate order fulfillment. Must be able to make decisions and solve problems using good analytical and judgment skills to develop appropriate solutions. This individual will be responsible for shipments to Mass Merchants such as Wal Mart, Kmart and sporting goods stores such as Dicks and TSA. Qualified candidates must be familiar with the latest technology used in shipping processes such as RF Scanning Systems, bar coding systems and print and apply label applications and possess the ability to ensure inventory accuracy. The Shipping Manager will also be responsible for maintaining and developing the staff within the department and be responsible for supervising the daily shipping activities for Traffic. Also, will be responsible for regular inspections of the department to ensure safety compliance as well as taking the appropriate action to minimize the risk of injury. Production Support: This individual must be well organized and dependable with 3 to 6 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent education and experience to work in a very fast-paced production office environment.
