The company has a proud history of providing growth and advancement opportunities for its employees.  We have a challenging opportunity for a Security Service Representative in our Brooklyn, New York, location. The Security Service Rep holds a clean, Class B CDL, and operates a specially designed vehicle with onboard, proprietary equipment which shreds, verifies and transports our customer's sensitive documents and related materials. SPECIFIC JOB DUTIESMaintain the safety, security and control of the assigned vehicle at all times. Maintains radio communication with the office at all times. Services customer locations by emptying specially designed containers of secured, sensitive material into bin. Delivers bin to truck and places on hydraulic lift for automatic dumping into shredding machinery. Through onboard computer monitor, observes and verifies destruction of material, and issues Certificate of Destruction to customer. Completes appropriate driving and assignment documentation. Performs other duties as may be required to meet business demands.SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONSMinimum 21 years of age Able to pass a DOT physical exam & drug screen Superior Customer Service skills Working knowledge of the New York Metro roadways Excellent driving history Ability to lift up to 70lbs Strong ethics and integrity required. Team player Professional aptitude, presentation and demeanor
