Security Officer Supervisor - Tempe, Chandler, Mesa

AlliedBarton Security Services is looking for experienced Security Specialists and Supervisors to work at one of our premiere client sites in Tempe. Successful candidates must have a proven track record in contract security supervising security officers, interfacing with clients and managing schedules and payroll. These positions will require you to stand post as needed and will be in AlliedBarton uniform.Compensation will range from $13.50 to $16.50 based on your proven contract security experience and references.Candidates must be able to work weekends on the 2nd (3P to 11P) or 3rd shift (11P to 7A).A minimum of 2 years contract experience - one year of that experience must be supervisory experience and must be reflected in the application that you submit on line.                     Candidates must be proficient in using computers and the appropriate Word and Outlook software. In addition to supervising officers, schedules and monitoring timesheets for payroll input, the Specialists and Supervisors must be able to successfully communicate issues to both the Account Manager and client on a routine basis.  They must have good analytical skills to offer up solutions and train officers in alternate ways of handling a myriad of moderate to complex situations.  Candidates must have a Guard Card, Social Security Card, Drivers License, DD214 (if former military) and Proof of High School Graduation or GED.
