GENCO has an immediate opening for a Heavy Equipment Crane Operator for our 1 million plus sq. ft. distribution center located in Barstow, California. Facility operates with approximately 29 teammates. The Heavy Equipment Operator Leader is responsible for providing value to our customer. This is accomplished by ensuring that the department is properly prepared to support arid meet the business priorities established by our customer. Also, to ensure integrity of all customers orders in the most efficient manner.

The position is responsible for:Operates heavy equipment such as cranes, clamshells, power shovels, motor graders, heavy loaders, carryalls, bulldozers, rollers, scrapers, and large industrial tractors with pan or scrapper attachments.Equipment is used to excavate, load or move dirt, gravel or other materials.Operator may read and interpret grade and slope stakes and simple plans.May grease, adjust and make emergency repairs to equipment.Required Skills


The successful candidate will have:One (1) year of experience involved, in performing work in a warehouse or storeroom that requires the use of various warehouse practices.Ability to be a team player.Proven planning, organizational, and. Analytical skills.Operate hand or power trucks.Strong verbal and, written communication skills. Read/write English.Ability to follow written and oral instructions.Bend, kneel, climb, and, squat. Have full range of motion.Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. unassisted.Computer literate with knowledge of DDS and P.C. applications.
