ICS Logistics is seeking a Supervisor for a Perishable/Cold Storage Warehouse.  This high volume location requires a multi-tasker that can work with complete accuracy through a variety of people.  This position is responsible for supervising warehouse activities including ensuring the receipt, coordination and safety of goods as well as ensuring compliance with warehouse safety programs in order to provide a safe and clean workplace for associates within the regulations of all OSHA, USDA and FDA regulations.  Enforces warehouse rules and policies; conducts written performance evaluations; responsible for the progressive disciplinary process in the area’s of counseling, oral and written warnings; and ensures a productive labor climate in the warehouse operation.



Basic Qualifications

- 2+ years team lead or supervisory experience

- Excellent communication skills

- Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- Must be computer literate

- Excellent safety record

- Able to train new employees

- Able to motivate and build morale within group

- Able to train and instruct as well as hold associate accountable for performance

 Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in a cold storage facility

- Bachelor's degree in business or logistics

- Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Office package



Weekend work often required.
