National Back haul Coordinator

The National Back haul Coordinator manages all deliveries made back to the Mid-Atlantic market. 

Key responsibilities include:

Tracking of all shipments

Establish and maintain on-time delivery performance reports

Assist Distribution Manager

General dispatch and customer service duties

Familiarization with other roles in transportation department

Customer Service:  Maintain an excellent working relationship with customers by responding to all inquiries and complaints in a courteous and efficient manner.

Customer Service Interfacing:  Work closely with customers and carriers in order to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Ability to operate computer and email

Ability to communicate

Ability to reason & answer questions

Ability to operate various office machines

Excellent phone & people skills

Self motivated and can work independently
