Moving & Storage Warehouse Manager

Experienced Moving & Storage (Van Line Agent) Warehouse Manager needed.  Responsibilities include the following duties:

1) Manage inbound and outbound household goods and commerical shipments according to prescribed guidelines and procedures.

2) Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring safety and security procedures.

3) Completion of warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning warehouse employees and following up on work results.

4) Maintaining warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees.

5) Monitoring warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

6) Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
