Matheson Postal Services transports mail for the United States Postal Service (USPS) across the nation. In the past few years, our territory has expanded considerably. From primarily operating in the just the West, we now operate from coast to coast.  Matheson Postal Services is one of the largest contract carriers for the USPS. We provide local, intermediate, long-haul, and trans-continental services throughout the year. In addition to transporting mail, we also operate special projects for the USPS. These projects include truck terminal operations, roller-bed transportation, mail sorting, material handling, and labor contracts.

 

We are currently accepting applications for an opening for a full time Night Driver Supervisor at our Salt Lake City terminal.

 

Job responsibilities will include:

 

Ø  Building schedules

Ø  Dispatching drivers

Ø  Daily yard checks

Ø  Communication with postal employees. 

 

A qualified candidate will:

 

Ø  Have a Class A CDL with a clean MVR. 

Ø  Have basic computer skills

Ø  Be a team player in a fast pace work environment.

Ø  Pass the USPS background check & a D.O.T. physical & drug screen.

Ø  Management experience essential.
