Marketing Coordinator (Temporary) – Cambridge, MA

Are you organized?  Results-driven?  Able to multi-task?  Cambridge Systematics is a national transportation consulting firm seeking a motivated, team player for the position of Marketing Coordinator for a long term temporary assignment. 

Responsibilities include providing support for corporate-wide marketing and communications activities such as coordinating proposal submissions; maintaining corporate database; supporting the certification process with government agencies; preparing and maintaining qualifications and staff resumes; and other administrative duties as needed.  Must be detailed oriented, highly organized, able to multi-task, able to function effectively under deadlines, and communicate effectively.  Strong editing/proofreading and computer skills are required.  Familiarity with Deltek products or basic database maintenance, as well as previous experience at a consulting services firm are a plus.  Positive attitude and good sense of humor a must!
