Manager of Shared Applications

As a Manager of Shared Applications, you will have responsibility to manage and lead the Shared Applications teams comprising of Integration, Business Intelligence and Application Architects and to ensure successful delivery of global integration (B2B and A2A) implementations, enhancements and maintenance. Duties:  Set guidelines and architectural framework for Integration Platform (Tibco) for the company Defining application architectures and solutions based on business and technical requirements Over all responsibility for maintenance of Global Integration (Tibco) platform.  Coordinate, implement and support of the same globally Responsible to oversee the Business Intelligence and Architecture within the shared applications portfolio Ensure timely, efficient and quality assured delivery  Competence Requirements:  Good leadership and managerial skills combined with good technical skills, specifically in Integration and Business intelligence Total IT experience required about 10years + with at least 5 years in IT management position and 5 years in Tibco integration engine. Specific experience in Tibco integration engine is a must. Implementation knowledge of Tibco implementation and experience with middleware technologies is essential. Experience in enterprise architecture development and frameworks Good understanding of relevant IT technology trends specifically in Integration and BI Ability to communicate and negotiate (both verbally and in writing) with technical and non-technical colleagues Effective communications as well as analyzing skills are very crucial for this role. Excellent understanding of different cultural thinking and way of doing things. Ability to participate and/or lead global teams.
