Primary Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Â· Working extensively in the AS400 (SIMS) system:Ãž Monitoring and reporting unaccountablesÃž Closing out wavesÃž Releasing trailersÃž Printing manifests and RX paperworkÃž Monitor and correct any system issues with shipments and trailers Â· Prepare Driverâ€™s pouches. Â· Prepare Bills of Lading for Common Carrier deliveries. Â· Schedule Common Carrier pick up and delivery. Â· Update Common Carrier website. Â· Update and submit via email various Excel spreadsheets and reports to department FMs and DC management. Â· Maintain office filing on daily basis. Â· Positively interact and communicate with other DC departments. Secondary Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Â· Providing backup support to SAIL office as needed Â· Assuming shipping team member responsibilities as needed:Ãž Loading trailersÃž Tracking and verifying RX totesÃž Sorting cases and totesÃž Return to StockÃž UPS Shipments Company: Walgreens Location: Waxahachie, TX 75167 Status: Full Time, Employee Job Category: Logistics/Transportation Relevant Work Experience: 1+ to 2 Years Career Level: Entry Level Education Level: High School or equivalent Company: Walgreens
