The individual we are seeking should have:

1-2 years Prior Outside Sales ExperienceAbility to network and cultivate new business prospectsDevelop and maintain goal orientated sales programAbility to develop strategic partnerships in the industrial, manufacturing business arenasExperience cold calling Transportation experience a plus, college degree preferredProfessional presentation and demonstration skillsAbility to negotiate and close profitable businessPast sales experience in the flat bed transportation, industrial manufacturing or human resource field preferred
