Inventory Research Analyst

GENCO has an immediate opening for Inventory Research Analyst for our DELL Reverse Solutions Facility located in Lavergne, TN area. Facility is 250,000 sq. ft., operating 3 shifts with approximately 250 teammates. The Inventory Control Discrepancy Clerk is responsible for utilizing R-Log in conjunction with all available Dell systems / data bases (DPS, DellServ, MIS, MSS) to reconcile receiving discrepancies to make them receivable. The resolving of discrepancies is to be done in a timely fashion in order to meet SLA metrics for time in the facility.

The position is responsible for:

 Research and resolve receiving discrepancies accurately using all available resources. Maintain the flow of discrepant product by resolving them in FIFO order. Communicate repetitive errors and problems to the Inventory Control Manager. Assist in determining root causes of the discrepancies along with recommendations to prevent them, and report that information to the Inventory Control ManagerImplement and promote continuous improvement warehouse and inventory functions utilizing established quality processes (ISO, account, etc) and through active participation in High Performance Work Teams. Understand and meet all customer quality goals. Participate in quality programs and quality project teams. Make recommendations regarding continuous improvement of department work processes and operating procedures.

The successful candidate will have:

 Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience with Dell proprietary software applications for order and dispatch management (DPS and DellServ). Proficiency in navigating both applications, including case management and case profiling.Minimum of 1 year in creating / canceling and researching CRA’s in a Customer Care role with Dell. Solid understanding of CRA, MCR and LRA processes. Background in Warehousing and LEAN environmentPC skills required (Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office (EXCEL, WORD), Web Browser (e.g. Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox).
