Job Summary: Records and maintains control of all inventory items purchased and produced. Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the warehouse field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Typically reports to a supervisor/manager. Essential Duties / Responsibilities: • Daily physical cycle counts of product on hand • Restacking of product throughout the warehouse as needed • Verify accuracy of products in warehouse selection and reserve locations based on reports • Perform various housekeeping duties • The job requires you to work in a refrigerated environment with temperatures ranging from 0-28 degrees • The job also requires a full range of physical activity including bending, and lifting up to 90lbs. Qualifications: • Strong organizational and follow through skills • Proven track record of accuracy of work • Strong written and verbal skills • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines • Employee is expected to adhere to attendance guidelines • Must be able to problem solve • Good mathematical skills Education and or Experience: • High school diploma or equivalent • Prior data entry experience required • Prior inventory control experience helpful Essential Physical Functions • Constantly moves about to coordinate work • Moderate lifting, bending, reaching as needed • Key board data entry Equipment Used: • Standard office equipment, including a computer • Pallet jack and Hilo preferred
