Inside Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

 

·  Supervise 6-12 inside sales representatives

·  Establish and maintain department sales goals (gross profit, new business and other established goals)

·  Provide guidance, direction and training for inside sales representatives in providing product and equipment expertise

·  Establish a marketing campaign for inside sales department

·  Provide assistance with business unit meetings, seminars, marketing campaigns, and promotions

 

 

Desired education/skills/experience:

 Minimum 3-5 years sales management experience in a distribution environment.Highly motivated, high energy self-starter w/exceptional leadership skills.Previous experience in selling packaging supplies/equipment, janitorial/sanitation, lighting, safety products and/or laundry/dietary is a plusAbility to successfully achieve results through othersExcellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
