Background Needed to Qualify:
-3+ Years True Generalist Background. Must be experienced in--Recriting, Benefits, Compensation, Employee Relations and Training and Development, Payroll
-4 Year College Degree with PHR a Plus
-Comfortable in a Corporate Casual Style Office and enjoys Fast Pace
-Strong MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint HRIS and Ceridian a Plus

Job Responsibilities:
-Assist 2 Top HR Executives with Generalist Duties
-Learn to back up Ceridian Payroll
-Utilize Word and Excel for reporting, as well as Visio for HR Database updates and PowerPoint
-Problem Solving, assist in Hiring, Benefits Administration, Employee Relations and Training
