Loomis is the leader in armored car, ATM, and Cash Management services, and we are looking for an experienced Human Resources Generalist to provide professional HR support to our Nebraska area branch operations. Focus areas include: staffing, management and employee counseling, employee relations, payroll and other office administration functions.
Position requires at least 3-5 years of applicable, professional HR experience, excellent communications, analytical, problem-solving skills, initiative and creativity, and working knowledge of personal computers, especially word processing and spreadsheet applications. Familiarity and experience with federal and state regulatory agencies and climate critical. Must be able to work under pressure to meet critical deadlines. Bachelor’s Degree in Business (HR preferred) desireable.
