Job Description:Approaches, greets and offers assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership sales lot.Assists customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses. Suggests alternative trucks if necessary.Understands the terminology of the truck business and keeps abreast of changes in product technology, incoming inventory, features, accessories, etc.Provides thorough product information and demonstration to all prospects.Exhibits a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.Delivers trucks to customers, ensuring that the customer understands the vehicles operating features, warranty, and paperwork.Follows up on all post delivery items, tag/title work, and special requests to be sure that all customer expectations are met. Writes complete sale orders and processes paperwork in accordance with established dealership policies. Attends sales meetings.

Education/Qualifications

Applicant must have sales experience with an emphasis in commercial trucks.  A CDL license is preferred, but not required. Applicant must have the ability to travel.
