GOH Supervisor - N. Miami

Title: GOH Supervisor

 

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Under general direction, plan, organize, coordinate, supervise and direct warehouse functions. The GOH Supervisor position will support the Director or Operations with all aspects of the warehouse operations including: inventory control, shipping/receiving, scanning, and team building The GOH Supervisor must also demonstrate strong communication skills and superior leadership abilities.

REPORT RELATIONSHIP:

Directly reporting to Director of Operation



QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience/Education: Ideal candidate must have knowledge of apparel industry especially GOH (Garment on Hangers) and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience. Must be able to work long hours and able to become person at management level for the division.

 

Skills/Knowledge/Competencies:

Excellent communication skills

Strong knowledge in Garment on Hangers

Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment -- must work well across multiple units across the company

Must be a team builder and a team player
Must have ability to handle multiple tasks

Computer literate

English speaker/ Bi-lingual (plus)

Good judgment and initiative

Time management skills

Organizational skills

Flexibility and efficiency

Demonstrate proficiency and self-confidence in performance and abilities
