Freight Billing Specialist - Temp to Hire Opportunity

Are you able to communicate effectively? Are you detailed oriented? Do you take pride in helping others? We are looking for a Freight Billing Specialist with Customer Service skills. This is a TEMP TO HIRE opportunity working from 3 pm-9 pm Monday-Friday. On a daily basis you will be taking the bill of lading and entering that information into the computer to generate invoices. This position may require some customer service, which includes taking inbound calls from clients assisting them with orders, quoting rates, and resolving any issues.To succeed in this position you must be detailed oriented, comfortable with a keyboard, team player, dependable, reliable, and have a positive work attitude. You must have GREAT phone etiquette, customer service skills, ability to ask questions, and accurate typing skills.
