Financial Analyst

Acabo Recruiting Services’ client, a privately-held industrial services company, seeks a Financial Analyst to join its growth oriented team.  The Financial Analyst is responsible for providing research and conclusions on business scenarios to the highest levels of company management.

Skills needed for success:

· Strong analytical skills with proficiency for analysis and modeling, creative thinking.

· Ability to conduct market performance analyses and identify and recommend actions as needed.

· Experience with a range of financial analyses and modeling including discounted cash flows, lease versus buy, cost/benefit, valuation and sensitivity analysis.

· Experienced in analyzing monthly financial results and performing in-depth financial analysis.

· Experienced in working with management to set and achieve goals and assist in the development and input of assumptions for forecast and budgets.

· Excellent written and oral communications skills.

Qualifications:

· Minimum of a Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics or other business discipline AND

· Four years experience performing similar duties as those described above.

· Strong preference for candidates who have an MBA.

Compensation:

· Mid-point of the salary range is $85,000.  The position is bonus eligible.
