Facility Manager - Buffalo

Storage Mobility ( http://www.storagemobility.com/) is a PODS (portable on demand storage http://www.pods.com/) franchise.  We are seeking an energetic, motivated individual with at least two years experience in the supervision of delivery drivers and warehouse management to manage our Buffalo, NY facility.  Successful candidate for this hands on position will also have previous experience with routing, work schedules and extensive customer relations.Local marketing will be a large part of the work day and previous exposure and/or experience is desirable. Previous exposure and/or experience with add on sales and budgets is also desirable. Basic computer skills, organizational skills and basic mechanical abilities round out your experience. Knowledge of retail moving and/or storage industry will be helpful. 

Equipment includes:  35 foot straight truck with a specialized, patented lift system, forklift, computer and Nextel phone.

CDL is not required but desired. Drug test, background check, MVR, DOT physical and steel toed shoes are required.
