About the OpportunityCandidate will perform administrative duties for General Manager in addition to assisting management with various projects for associates. Other duties may be assigned as needed. About the Position · Scheduling of meetings (annual & daily conference room reserves)· Preparation of documents such as letters, presentations, flyers and the monthly newsletters· Coordination of employee recognition programs (employee of the month, anniversary & birthday)· Management of catering for company-sponsored events (Quarterly Review, new hire orientation, holiday party)· Responsible for various team meetings (employee events & diversity)· Office supply management · Distribution of mail throughout the organization Qualifications/Education/Relevant Experience· Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)· Ability to communicate effectively throughout the organization utilizing verbal and written tools· Capable of applying basic comprehension skills (math & simple instructions)· Must possess an eager desire and willingness learn new tasks.· High school diploma or (GED) along with 2 years experience· Ability and willingness to work overtime when necessary Â
